We woke yesterday morning to high winds and power outtages in Quebec, but still managed an early start and a relatively easy drive home. Thirty minutes before crosssing the border a certain individual could not find his passport, leaving Aubrey's van to sweat it out and hope the customs agent didn't ask questions or do a head count. But we made it though customs easily, made it up all the slick steep hills (yay for heavy, studded-tire vans!) and back into Williamstown by dinner time, where we were greeted by beautiful snowfall.
We are taking the day off training today, but look forward to tomorrow's practice at Prospect, where great snow and skiing is reported.
