Klister Kickin'

After a wicked cold day yesterday we were back in the sun today, mid 30's, starting to feel spring-like.

While the coaches went fishscale, the athletes got some good practice on their klister kickers. Today the recipe called for short speeds: one every two minutes, for 30 minutes.
