Time Trial

Coming through after his first lap, Dmitri was tied with Keith. He managed to ski a faster second lap, though, and took the top time for the men's team.

Caleb and Robby raced the second lap together.

Nobody messes with the KJ. Nobody.

It was a tad bit warmer for this morning's classic time trial, although not balmy enough to be comfortable. I don't think there were any toes left unfrozen. The waxing was easy, though - just binder and blue kick wax. The tracks were (again) perfect and the skies were (sigh, AGAIN) blue with sunshine.
The men did two laps of 5.4km, the women did one lap. The times were smoking fast, Dmitri and Kirsten leading the charge for the mens and womens teams, respectively ( Dmitri still classic skiing with his skate boots as his ski bag still has not appeared after the long flight back from Switzerland).
One more long ski this afternoon before we head back home.
