We decided to take a break from our usual (and let Prospect gain an inch or two of snow) and stayed on campus for practice today: we crust skiied on Cole Field: V2 drills, video technique, and then no-pole games: capture the flag and sharks 'n minnows (a fun way to sharpen the fast-twitch fibers), where Robby was crowned Grand Champion of Minnows.
Then we hit the weight room to work on those abs and triceps.
