Food and Fun in the Sunny Valley

Here's yet another update from the valley of the sun. Featuring only the most beautiful photos of foods and the dorkiest pictures of my teammates. We've been keeping busy with all sorts of fun activities including but not limited to mountain biking, peak bagging cooking, eating, and of course, just hanging out.
First, just a few of our especially photogenic dinners!
Beet Soup with homemade garlic bread

I can't take credit for making this but its too pretty

Roasted veggies with sweet tahini sauce
The new second breakfast obsession is Oatmeal Pancakes

Just in case you think all we've been doing this summer is eating, here's the training update

We've been on some stunning mountain climbing adventures.
Here we are sitting on top of Grey's Peak looking at the Pioneer range.

When we're not rollerskiing we're BIKING!
Here we are mid-ride looking at the sawtooth mountains in the distance.

Here's me standing on top of Hyndman peak (12,009 ft)
And here is the view from the top of Hyndman
Grinding out the Galena Grinder.

I decided that it would be a good idea to do a bike race called the Galena grinder. My dad and brother drove up to try it as well. My brother and I did the 25-mile course which had a little over 3,000 feet of climbing (ouch). Everyone survived and I think the race might have even been fun.
