Adventures in The Adirondacks

Hello everybody! Greetings from Williamstown. It was an amazing summer and I'm now looking forward to a great year with the team. Here's a recap of what this McGrew was up to for the past three months and some notable moments from the summer:
Out with the old (1000 miles approx.) and in with the new (0 miles).

Finding them
Searching for caves

Enjoying the pristine beauty of Eagle Crag Lake before a hard week of training.
Thinking of Frank during workout #1
Workout #2... finding the nearest hill to bump start the car. A dead battery can sometimes be fun.

Paddling Dead Creek which was unsurprisingly very alive.

I've always wanted to visit Poland.

Went to Norway as well while in the area.
After picking two ephs up at the airport Andrew showed us his fishing prowess.

Four-hour run to find this absolutely fantastic view.
Max enjoyed the run far less than Emil.

After spending Labor Day weekend in Long Lake with most of the mens team, I headed back to Williamstown. It is now time to put in some more work and have a great winter!
