Speed Intervals up Mt Greylock

Yesterday the team completed classic rollerski speed intervals up the steep terrain of Massachusetts' highest mountain. The last of the morning's gloomy clouds cleared just in time for 4pm practice: sunshine and blue skies all the way up the Williamstown side of Greylock resulted in spectacular views of the valley below and a sparkle on the summit's memorial.
