Rolling for strength

Bulkley Street is a good four minute hill right next to campus where we don't have to drive to perform 4x4 intervals and specific strength reps on rollerskis. On Friday, braving spontaneous rainstorms that pummeled with amazing flood force, we rolled over to Bulkley for some specific strength intervals.  We were lucky to hit the perfect hour and a half window of sunshine, as it was driving rain just before we went outside, cleared to spotty blue skies for our workout, then began to pour as soon as the cool-down was almost finished.   A great workout; 30 hill reps of arm work is enough to shock those specific muscles into getting stronger!
