Norge Trening Camp

This fall a few members of the herd decided to wander off in search of greener pastures, with Franklin Reilly and I ending up in Norway. I'd say we're studying abroad at NTNU Trondheim, but that would be a misrepresentation of what we're actually doing since studying seems to be pretty low on the priority list here. With school being just a formality, there's been plenty of time to explore Norway and try not to get dropped on workouts with the ski team here.  In our first couple weeks here we got to hop in the Swecosprinten, a rollerski sprint race held on the main NTNU campus.

Unfortunately the rollerskis provided for the race were a bit defective and one of my wheels snapped off on a corner during the final, putting a pretty quick stop to my race. Hungry for more, Franklin and I both headed out to Meraker in mid September for a training camp with the NTNU ski team. On the menu was a whole lot of bounding, another rollerski race, and a OD run through the marshes along the Swedish border.

Things have been pretty busy since then with a lot more training and some travels around Norway but here are a few more photos
