Fall Training

Hello Williams Ski Team Followers!

We've had a great first 4 weeks of official practice and I have a few pictures on my phone that I wanted to share, plus some of the new trail work at Prospect. The team is looking very fit and we're working our way through a tough 3 week training cycle right now. The weather has been hit or miss, but we've been getting in high quality workouts nonetheless! We're excited to keep building fitness throughout November as we head to our first on snow camp at Craftsbury over Thanksgiving.

Perry has been hard at work in the ski room hallway

The trail was really slippery, so we had to switch workouts to the strength test followed by the Pine Cobble Hill Climb. Results coming soon!

The trail work continues at Prospect. It is going to be a blast to ski these trails this winter!
