Coach Fisher tells me there has been some drastic improvements made over the summer, which is a great sign for things to come! The team is enjoying a few days of easy training during the Columbus Day/Reading Period break in an effort to consolidate some of the big hours. We won't put in too many hours this week as we regroup heading into the next training cycle, but will still make an effort to stay in touch with speed and intensity with workouts focused on those capacities Wednesday and Friday. The foliage is excellent here in the Purple Valley and fall is certainly in the air!!
