Aubrey Podiums at Mount Marathon Race

While some of us spent the 4th loafing around the golf course, Aubrey was charging up and down Mount Marathon in her native Seward, AK. A local news anchor described the Mount Marathon Race as "the holy grail of mountain running," while Wikipedia reports that the race "is one of a number of races believed to be the second oldest footrace in America." Anyway, it's prestigious! Aubrey got third place out of almost 300 women, and she was only one place behind World Championship silver-medalist Kikkan Randall. Nice work, coach!

Dressed for success.

Always a crowd pleaser.
