The nights are getting cooler, snow has been falling (our double pole roller ski was in snow yesterday) and snow guns are running around New England! Although we're in for a little warm spell this weekend and early next week the temps look decent for being on snow at Craftsbury over Thanksgiving and Jiminy Peak opens tomorrow. This week's training has been kept relatively low on the intensity scale as we rest up for a big interval week next week, although we did squeeze in a L4 bounding workout on Wednesday. We have a great distance skate roller ski route planned for Sunday in 60 degree weather. Although it's nice for training the team is hoping it's the end of the warm weather for awhile so more snow can come our way!:)
