Friday was a successful testing day! The Canadian Strength Test consists of 5 exercises done in a specific sequence (pull ups, sit ups, push ups, box jumps (16" height), elevated dips), 1 minute work time and 1 min off between each exercise. The team then jogged over to Pine Cobble for the first annual "King and Queen of the Cobble" uphill run. The rain didn't slow anyone down and the standards were set. Casey Jones was first to the summit in 8:17 and Hannah Smith for the women in 9:33. More results can be found through our "testing" link. Way to ROCK THE COW!!!
