Quebec Day 4 - HAPPY NEW YEAR

Happy 2014 to all the EPH fans out there! The great skiing continued today, albeit the frigid temperatures. This morning we had a nice classic technique session with some single/no pole work. The sun kept us warm in the -5 degree temps. This afternoon the temp was just below 0 and we got in a great 4x9min Threshold skate workout before the temps really started plummeting. The low tonight is -25F or so, so we'll see what happens the next couple of days! We've had a great camp so far and are thankful for the 8 training sessions we've had.
