3 hr OD. Classic Roller Skiing followed by a hike/run ending on the top of Petersburg Pass in beautiful weather.
One of the views along the way......this also happens to be our secret on snow training spot!
It depends who you ask what the best recovery food might be for this type of workout.
Here is one idea!:)
