Coach Fisher and I managed to catch the women's team on their way out the door for the first official Captain's practice. The vibe is outstanding and the team is looking fit and ready for fall training! The men's team blew out of the building moments before, sans shirts and ready for a nice 80 degree run up on the Taconic Crest.
