Warm and rainy for today's speed-up interval session at Prospect. We started in the afternoon in order to catch the morning's 50k World Championship race live. Thus inspired, despite the pouring rain, we hit the tracks.
It was a pretty good workout, considering. The snow was slow, but not entirely mushy, the temps were warm and and the rain let up a bit before we started in on our intervals.
Plus, Christina had cake made for post-practice celebration. :)
